Cancellation Policy
Online airport dropoff bookings must be scheduled at least 4 hours in advance whenever possible. Airport dropoff rides may be canceled up to 2 hours prior to pickup without penalty. Cancellations made less than 2 hours prior to pickup may incur a cancellation fee up to $50 only if the driver has already departed the primary service area. Additional wait times, multiple stops or last-minute scheduling requests may result in additional charges. 24/7 availability is subject to driver availability and scheduling.
